Anyone have any advice on Grants for Students?

I am 18 years old currently enrolled at the University of the Cordilleras taking up nursing. My parents are both teachers but there salary a month is not enough to pay for our education so, they always borrow or loan. Since childhood I dreamed to become a neither astronomer nor Archeologist but there is no such course here in the Philippines that are why I dreamed to enroll at Harvard University.
