I need a mortgage

Can anyone tell me the best places that offer home loans to people with real bad credit? Can you even get one with the bad credit? I have found losts that say they will then they turn me down. So they check my credit which lowers my credit score so the next one that checks it will turn me down.

Any chance you could get a co-signer? Or maybe you might just want to spend a year or two cleaning up your credit before applying.

I would pay down your debt as much as possible too before looking into getting a mortgage.

Unless you can get a co signer and even then whatever loan you do get will be very high interest.

You really might want to consider a co-signer. You may be able to get a loan on your own, but your interest rates will be extremely high.
