Question the best way to invest $200,000 ?

hi all, what do you think is the best way to invest 200k that you would probably need to access in about 5 years time or less to use it for a downpayment on a house?
i currently have it in a high interest savings account, growing about $900/month , but there must be a way that it can do better , is that the best i can do?
ive looked at CD's and they are not much higher as well at the moment...

probably hedge a bit and put some in hsbcdirect or perhaps a balanced mutual fund such as PRWCX or OAKBX ?

another idea is to take it all to vegas and bet on roullette black and spin the wheel!

You could try a Roth IRA. Those are pretty good. You can also set up a money market account as well.

Look into diversifying as you many not have to use it all at once. Also be careful on early withdrawal penalties.

Maybe you can look into setting up a money market account or CD. Those will generate some interest.

Franklin income fund. Mine has netted me 20% a year for the last three years. Be diversified and don't stick it all in one place.
