Hi, I am a private investor and been working on a system for over 10 years on short termmutual fund switching in our retirement. I have averaged an annual return of 25% and between this and real estate, I will be sucessful in retiring my husband early at age 55. Not bad for a stay at home mom and working on one income for 24 yrs.

Is that allowing for inflation and health insurance after retirement? And what if we hit a recession before he reitres and the markets tank again?
