Payday loans via email

Does anyone else get a ton of Payday loan offers via email? I swear I delete like 15 of them a day at least. I am wondering if it is a new trend, or if I am getting them because of the current horrible state of my credit.

Yes I get them all the time. I get about 20 emails a day. It is just unbelieable. I have not-so-good credit so I think that is why I get them..lol.

My credit isnt so great right now either. That must be why I get them. For every one I delete I swear I get 3 more, and its nonstop.

You're getting them because they are SCAMS. You should forward all of those emails to spoof@paypal.com. They get your info and bam, they hit your bank account via paypal. They have sites that are eerily similar to PayPals.

I don't get a lot but it's pretty common. I mean it's the internet and people are always looking to make money or find a good deal on it. A lot of people are suckered into horrible deals and contracts through spam email and they probably have a lot of success spamming these messages.

Most of my spam gets forwarded to a seperate folder, but for some reason these pesky things keep slipping through the spam filter, no matter how many times I mark them as spam. It gets old.

Yep. Anything from PayPal, send to that email I gave you. They will eventually stop as PayPal has some sort of vodoo!

No these companies are advertising on TV. It must be bad because I don't watch much TV.

I really don't trust the whole payday loan concept. From what I hear, you have to practically sign over your first born child AND give them a post-dated check (not legal by the way), in order for them to give you any money at all. And when they do give you money, the interest rates are crippling. Some emergencies can't wait, but if at all possible, hold out for your regular paycheck rather than borrowing against your pay day.

The way Cash Advance and all the others work is to take a LARGE chunk of your paycheck when it comes in, plus the money you borrowed. Not an interest rate because they are not banks.
