I have heard that payday leniding is illegal in Newyork. If Payday Lending is illegal in NY, then why are payday lenders advertising and marketing payday loans to New Yorkers? hope to hear from you.

Maybe Payday Lenders are not allowed to open up shop or base operations in New York. But if someone from New York wishes to get one, they can still get it online from a lender from elsewhere, because the laws in the lenders state is what they would have to abide by. I am not completely certain, but that would be my guess.
