I filed Bakruptcy

About 3 years ago I filed bakruptcy. My debt was out of control and I thought it was my only way out. The only problem is that once I filed bankruptcy I was approved for more credit and went straight back to were I started. I feel so foolish now cause I am back in debt and there is nothing that I can do about it. Well at least I still have my health!

We've heard that happen in so many cases. The best thing to do is to tear up any offers for credit cards as soon as they come in your home. Better yet, shred or burn them. That way you can't use them, and neither can anyone else!!

Bankruptcy now is harder to go through. Plus lenders are now fighting to get more of their money back.

I think the government recently put through legislation that makes the minimym payments on credit cards higher so people can get out of debt sooner.

Sweet1boo, I am sorry to hear about your situation. Without a little good financial advice and a lot of luck, I could easily be where you are now!

You might want to consider speaking to a financial counselor to see if you can get the debt consolidated or bargain with the credit card companies for lower interest rates.

Also, remember that while debt collection agencies can be very persistent and annoying, there really isn't much they can do to collect an unsecured debt unless they want to go to court to garnish your wages, and that usually isn't cost effective for them. Pay what you can, and don't let yourself get bullied into agreeing to pay more than that.

AND, if all else fails, I think you can file bankruptcy again in three years...

If you are having bad credit you can take payday loans.But you should have a job if you want to take payday loans.

Bankruptcy should not be used unless it is absolutely necessary; this is what lawyers and financial advisers both say.But do not loose heart every problem has some solution, just believe in god.

Now your financial condition is good but when you file for the bankruptcy that act effect on your credit history, But do not worry you can take the help of the legal counsel to clear your credit history.
