Be careful, bankruptcy may affect your pension

Many people ask themselves if they should continue making pension contributions after the banruptcy order.
Pension contributions can continue under your existing pension arrangements or under new pension arrangements made after the bankruptcy order.

This is very useful information for those considering bankruptcy! I'm sure it will bring piece of mind to many. Does the bankruptcy effect the pension in any way at all during or after the process?

When I went through my bankruptcy I wasn't allowed to contribute to my pension while in Chapter 13. It was considered an "extra" expense.
