The best way to avoid misery and to keep themselves away from some serious legal notices is by paying all the credits and improve a credit score. A bad credit is not allowed to take loans from banks in any short of their financial crunches.

One can get away with their bad credits for some days but believe me there is no other alternative other than paying it back.
