the bbb online and they have it down as international cash services in
Wilmington , De but the toll free number is not working and the addr
I think have moved, I call a company near this place and he said it
was a bank, But they moved, the jefferson cash advance gives a
email addr only and my son said if there isn't a secure lock on the web-
site try not to trust it. Have anyone done business with this place?Please
